I am a profesional chef with more than 25 years experience. Working in a lot of different restaurants, even in a two Michelín stars restaurant, and actually working as a chef instructor (if you dare, I can explain you cooking technics). I have lived in Barcelona, Madrid, London, Australia so I have an extensive international cooking knowledgement.
